Kiel Stromgrenv

Executive Director Kiel brings more than 10 years of experience working in the senior care industry. Influenced by his mom’s search for his grandma’s care needs when he was younger, Kiel’s professional and personal mission is to always be an advocate for families and those looking for their specific needs. He also takes great pride in building communities where everyone from residents to team members can grow and thrive. Kiel and the team at Discovery Commons San Ramon succeed each day with the incredible support and encouragement from leadership.

Outside of the community at San Ramon Kiel enjoys spending time with his wife Leizl and their toddler Leo, going on all the adventures life can bring them.
